From start to finish, GTS makes your project
our #1 priority.
GTS employs a best-practice approach that helps ensure the success of every deployment. Here’s what you can expect as we approach your project:
- Your GTS account manager discusses your needs with you and develops a Scope of Work (SOW) and assigns an End-User Expert to your project.
- During implementation planning, the expert examines the legacy system to identify all change-management considerations. Your End-User Expert also works closely with the engineering team and solutions architect to discuss the products to be deployed.
- GTS conducts a station review to determine desk-by-desk design requirements for use by the engineering team. The station review, combined with user audits, helps us plan the training implementation by ensuring we assign users to the appropriate training session.
- The GTS team develops customized documentation, the at-a-glance materials that support our Instructor-Led Training.
- We conduct User Acceptance Testing, a battery of standardized tests that identify and troubleshoot system anomalies for the engineering team.
- We conduct the end-user training based on Adult Learning Theory – presentation, demonstration and lab practice. While our competitors rely heavily on presentation with very little demonstration to no lab practice, we believe strongly that the learning is in the doing.
- The GTS End-User Expert provides onsite support on the first day of service. Our availability to employees offers solid reinforcement to the skills employees have learned as they put them into actual practice. The GTS expert can also provide impromptu training for users who may have missed training and to help the engineering team field user questions.
Please feel free to contact us to find out how the training process might be designed for your specific deployment project.
